The apartment on the upper floor of a detached house with a spacious balcony can be reached via an external staircase. It has a living area with integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a very nice bathroom with shower. All windows and the outside door are fitted with insect screens. In one part of the garden, a trampoline, a wooden play tower and a sandpit invite children to play and enjoy sporting activities. The clear bathing lake is approx. 250 m from the vacation apartment, the bathing area has a bathing jetty with ladder, you can also reach the water from the shore, the ground is fine sandy ... very suitable for children. A rowing boat (Anka 4), which is located at the boat dock, can be borrowed from the landlord to paddle on the lake in the village (Kluger See) or simply to enjoy nature. High chair and baby crib free of charge on request, Oven, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer in the utility room for all guests to use on request, Iron and ironing board can also be used free of charge on request.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the detached house. Access is via the east-facing balcony belonging to the apartment. The balcony offers plenty of space and is protected from prying eyes. It is south-facing with evening sun and an unobstructed view of the countryside. The apartment was completed in 2015 and offers space for 4 people. All windows and the outside door are equipped with insect screens.
